The flexible seating arrangements in the Colloquium Conference Room make it perfect for breakfasts, luncheons, large training sessions, presentations or meetings. The room can be set with chairs only in theatre style seating for up to 145, classroom tables for up to 70 or round table seating for up to 88.
Technology includes two side-by-side retractable screens and projectors, in-room PC, high speed internet, DVD player, cable TV, and wireless internet. The lectern can be located in the client’s choice of three different locations at the front of the room and is equipped with the ability to connect a presenter’s laptop using either VGA or HDMI cable. The room has two hand-held wireless microphones and one wireless lapel microphone.
