The PHF Conference Center has been designed with the end-user in mind, offering clients an all-in-one setting where everything is just a touch of a button away. Clients can even take advantage of the Digital Information Wall in the lobby to integrate their own logo or commercial digital imagery.
A Conference Center staff member will be on site at all times. This staff member is available to assist in setting up meeting technology and providing additional assistance as needed throughout the duration of the event.
THE VERY BEST IN VIDEOCONFERENCING:
Full videoconferencing capabilities include motorized pan-tilt-zoom cameras mounted in each of the two video/teleconferencing suites. A highly specialized audio/visual system pinpoints the person speaking and uses microphone-activated cameras to project that image onto the large screen or each camera can be pre-set in a static position to be controlled manually.

The PHF Conference Center has the capability to host high-speed internet based videoconferences, linking multiple locations at once from around the globe.
